Graphics Design Training



Salatiga, April 30th, 2024 - The Student Association of the English Education Department (SAEED) held a Graphic Design Training with the theme "Unleashing Creativity: Graphic Design Essentials for Students" on the 3rd floor Auditorium of the K.H Hasyim Asyari Building, campus 3 of UIN Salatiga (Fakda).

The Graphic Design Training aimed to equip all students of the English Education Department with editing skills.

The event began with Angelia Dahniar as the Master of Ceremonies, followed by remarks from the head of the English Education Department, the chief of the Graphic Design Training, and the chief of the Student Association of the English Education Department 2024.



The training included presentations by the first speaker, Rifda Faticha M.kom, and the second speaker, Ibnu Hadi Purwanto M.kom.

The attendees included English Education Department students from various classes and delegates from the HMPS Teacher Training and Education Faculty, all enthusiastic about improving their graphic design skills. Participants received basic knowledge and skills in graphic design and were guided to hone their creativity in designing interesting works.

In every part of the event, participants had the opportunity to learn about graphic design principles such as color harmony, contrast, and proper color composition, as well as tips and tricks for creating effective and aesthetic designs. The training also involved hands-on practice sessions, allowing participants to apply the concepts they learned.

The event concluded with a group photo session between the speakers and participants.

  Ramadhan Talks and Treats “Marriage Readiness: Tips for Ta'aruf ” On Tuesday, the 11 th of March, 2025, the Student Association of the English Education Department (SAEED) successfully organized the Ramadhan Talks and Treats event with the theme “ Marriage Readiness: Tips for Ta'aruf”. The event took place at Mosque at Campus 3 of UIN Salatiga and was attended by students from various study programs and invited delegates. Before the main event began, the organizing committee held a Qur'an recitation (khatam) as a form of spiritual reflection to welcome the holy month of Ramadhan. The formal event commenced at 4:00 PM, moderated by Fika Febriana.
