WORK MEETING AND SERTIJAB SAEED 2024

 


Work Meeting

    Salatiga, February  2024, Student Association of English Education Department (SAEED) held a Work Meeting and also a Handover of Position (SERTIJAB) with the theme "Building Unity and Integrity to Elevate and Optimize the Work Plan within the SAAED 2024", which took place on the 3rd floor Auditorium, K.H Hasyim Asyari Building, campus 3 UIN Salatiga (Fakda).

    Work Meeting and Handover of Position (SERTIJAB) is a meeting activity that includes the Rules of Procedure of the SAEED 2024 AD / ART, the handover of position from the chief of the Student Association of English Education Department 2023 to the chief of the Student Association of English Education Department 2024 and the presentation of the work program of SAEED 2024. A total of 27 Student Association of English Education Department 2024, Demisioner members, and also the Presidium participated in the Work Meeting activities.

    The Work Meeting was opened by Widura Imam Saputra and Maysa Aulia Hapsari as the masters and mistress ceremonies.  And the work meeting started at 07.56. Rizka Arifatul Ulya as the chief of English Education Department 2024 gave that as chief she has a big responsibility and Rizka also said that this organization is not only for academic purpose but also as a family where we can grow and develop together, and certain as a place to learn, share knowledge, and develop potential. Rizka Arifatul Ulya also congratulated the new members of the Student Association of English Education Department who were inaugurated on Tuesday, February , 2024, she also said that the purpose of this working meeting was to provide benefits to Student Association of English Education, by improving language skills, of course, it would contribute to improving the accreditation of English Education.

    Mr. Hanung as the head of the English Education Department gave the second speech, saying about being a good leader in the future, and also discussed the work agenda for the upcoming period. He also said we should be as much as possible to spread the positive virus to others, because true leadership is not about titles, but by empowering others. Mr. Hanung also provided information that on the 11th of May there will be a grand expo of the skills of the English Education Department to welcome the alumni of the English Education Department Students.



    After that, the event continued with a meeting of the rules led by Muhamad Rizky Ariyadi as a presidium, then continued with the presentation of the work program from SAEED 2024. During the presentation of the work program, the demisioners also provided feedback and suggestions for the work program. After the presentation of the work program ended, the event continued with the AD / ART session which was again led by the presidium.



    The last event was the handover of positions from the chief of the Student Association of English Education Department 2023 Afifah Hasna Syifa to the chief of the Student Association of English Education Department 2024 Rizka Arifatul Ulya.

  Ramadhan Talks and Treats “Marriage Readiness: Tips for Ta'aruf ” On Tuesday, the 11 th of March, 2025, the Student Association of the English Education Department (SAEED) successfully organized the Ramadhan Talks and Treats event with the theme “ Marriage Readiness: Tips for Ta'aruf”. The event took place at Mosque at Campus 3 of UIN Salatiga and was attended by students from various study programs and invited delegates. Before the main event began, the organizing committee held a Qur'an recitation (khatam) as a form of spiritual reflection to welcome the holy month of Ramadhan. The formal event commenced at 4:00 PM, moderated by Fika Febriana.
