Grow Talk with Advokasi Batch I was held on 24th June 2023, in the hall of Angkringan Kali Bawang. This Discussion was held as the first of discussion program that organized by Student Affairs Division. This discussion was used the educational theme: "Knowing the Whole Things about Education in case Pro and Contra of Teacher Marketplace".

This discussion was held specifically for committes of Student Association of English Education Department (SAEED) 2023. There were 2 speeches in this agenda. The first speech was from the chief of Student Affairs Division, Sri Devi Anggita Sari. She opened this agenda by saying the reason and purpose of the discussion. "We hope with this discussion, we can raise our awareness and be more concerned with the surrounding conditions, especially in terms of education. We are students of Teacher Training and Education Faculty, who is also a teacher candidates, at least have to understand what Teacher Marketplace is," she said.

The last speech was delivered by the chief of SAEED, Afifah Hasna Syifa. She closed the agenda by saying many greatful words because of this discussion because the event went smoothly. She appreciated her committes who came in these place. "I am very happy to see that all of you are enthusiastic during the discussion. I hope this discussion may continue with a different theme and more participants," she said.


This discussion was started by introducing what is teacher marketplace and continued by discussion with four groups. After that, Anggita, as the guide, asked them to search some points of benefits and lacks of implementing teacher marketplace. Two groups for pro team, and two others for contra team. They had thirty minutes for discussing their arguments. 
After thirty minutes, they started to convey their arguments. Started from first group until the fourth group. The participants were so enthusiastic in presenting their arguments. After that, Kaila, as the master of ceremony, let some of them to convey their own conclusion from those discussion. One of them said that he was gladly welcome to this program (Teacher Marketplace) because he thought it was good. And other participant, replied to him that he was not. The discussion closed by no bad debate and running as it should.

  Ramadhan Talks and Treats “Marriage Readiness: Tips for Ta'aruf ” On Tuesday, the 11 th of March, 2025, the Student Association of the English Education Department (SAEED) successfully organized the Ramadhan Talks and Treats event with the theme “ Marriage Readiness: Tips for Ta'aruf”. The event took place at Mosque at Campus 3 of UIN Salatiga and was attended by students from various study programs and invited delegates. Before the main event began, the organizing committee held a Qur'an recitation (khatam) as a form of spiritual reflection to welcome the holy month of Ramadhan. The formal event commenced at 4:00 PM, moderated by Fika Febriana.
