MID-PERIOD WORK EVALUATION (EKTP)

 On Saturday, August 5, 2024, the Student Association of the English Education Department (SAEED) held a Mid-period Work Evaluation (EKTP) in Classroom 218 on the second floor of Campus 3, UIN Salatiga. The Islamic study session was opened with a welcoming speech from the chief of SAEED, Rizka Arifatul Ulya, and was attended by SAEED 2024 committees. She presented the agenda, the criteria for evaluation, and the topics that should be avoided during the evaluation.

    The event began with a presentation from the daily management body (BPH). Secretary Ayudya Panca Inggitasukma discussed administration, while Treasurer Alfiah Sofiana Damayanti explained the preparation of the budget plan (RAB) and the procedure for submitting proposals for FTIK ormawa activities. This was followed by evaluations of various divisions, starting with the Student Affairs Division, Social and Religion Division, Student Resources Development Division, Research and Development Division, Communication and Information Network Division, and concluded with an evaluation from BPH. Each division presented their work program and any issues encountered, followed by self-evaluation, peer evaluations, and feedback from other members. Criticism was expected to be constructive, focusing on work programs rather than personal attributes, to avoid causing mental distress.

    The event concluded with remarks from the daily management board (BPH) and was followed by documentation by all SAEED administrators. The venue was then cleaned and organized. A break was provided at 12 p.m. for Dzuhur prayer and lunch. The event ended at 4 p.m.
